WE ARE 0.3 TANNING COMPLIANT
The best way to tan!
There is a regulation governing the maximum UV output of sunbeds. This is generally referred to as 0.3 and is approved by the EU and complies with all British and European consumer safety regulations.
A 0.3 tanning session delivers the same tanning effect as the mid-day Mediterranean summer sun but without the risk of burning.
0.3W/m2 is the amount of UV exposure that the EU’s Scientific Committee on Consumer Products (SCCP) set as the limit for effective irradiance. This limit was then added to the European and British standards relevant for sunbeds. A sunbed with a UV output above this level is deemed as ‘unsafe’.
What you can expect from a 0.3 tanning session:
Not only does this bed offer a great tan for your body, but also for your face and shoulders.
With 46 lamps, one of the key features is the unique high-pressure facial lamps, placed behind a filter glass using reflectors to give your face optimal tanning exposure. However, you are in control and can switch off these lamps through the control panel if you’d prefer not to tan your face.
With the IQ touch control you are able to connect your mobile and listen to your favourite music whilst tanning.
This sunshower houses 48 CollaTan lamps, meaning that you get a direct intensive tan combined with smooth rejuvenated skin. CollaTan lamps have the best of sunfit tanning and collagenic red light therapy lamps combined:
☀️ UVA Light - for a direct, intensive and attractive tan.
☀️ UVB Light - for the production of melanin and Vitamin D; to get a natural, long lasting tanned skin.
☀️ Collagenic Light - for a smoothing, rejuvenated and blemish free skin. Stimulates blood circulation and boosts serotonin levels, the body’s natural “happy hormones”.
With this sunshower you will have the option to combine a tanning session with a lower body work out using the vibraplate, you can select from one of the three pre-set programmes or manually set your own.
Don’t forget, you can also connect your mobile phone to listen to your favourite music whilst tanning and toning!
